Another Apple Lawsuit?

A man is wants to sue Apple because the iPod may cause hearing loss and there are no warnings labels to warn the consumer. Apple has settled a class action suit before. I guess if McDonalds has to put warnings on the apple pie and coffee being hot, then Apple might have to warn these fools about hearing loss.

Apple did pull their iPods in France to upgrade the software to limit the sound level to 100 decibels. Currently the iPods can produce sounds above 115 decibels.

I read a while back that when the iPods were being created, the engineers had to set the volume louder than normal since Steve Jobs is a little hard of hearing.
