Are You a High Maintenance Office Employee?

At work, do you show these traits?

  • demanding
  • poor as team players
  • uncompromising
  • disrespectful
  • intimidating
  • emotional
  • uncooperative
  • defiant
  • erratic
  • driven to succeed

If so, congratulations, you may be a select few high-maintenance employees who could be “innovators and the people who are most often responsible for a business’s success.”

Silly me, I had it all wrong. These guys at work aren’t turds. They’re actually high-maintenance employees who are vital to our one team. I just need to get used to them being “annoying and egotistical” and needing “validation at all times.”

Now when I look back at some of the people I have worked with, it is sometimes true. Not all of them were good for the company’s growth and success, but some definitely were.
