Interrupted at Work?

Constantly interrupted at work? Are you a slave to your email? Then maybe it’s time to prioritize and assert some self-control. This article gives some advice about controlling the interruptions at your workplace so you can focus and get things done.

Some interesting findings:

office distractions ate up 2.1 hours a day for the average worker… employees devoted an average of 11 minutes to a project before being distracted… once interrupted, it takes workers 25 minutes to return to the original task, if they return at all.

Here I thought work interrupted my real work. But of course, with the smoothly running one team, work is an absolute pleasure!
