Researching Searching
Looking at adding a search feature to Pulpconnection either via Google AdSense for Search or Technorati. I’m starting to forget about posts so I figured a search feature would help me find stuff on my own site.
I briefly tried adding Google’s search, but it seemed like this was a typical Google search, scouring the entire Internet not just my site. Maybe I was doing it wrong? So for now, I’ll go with the search feature from Technorati.

You don’t like to use the built-in blogger searcher to search for stuff in your own blog?

You mean the one on the top of the Blogger page? Seems like I was getting more of what I think is right using the Technorati search feature. But then again, I may not be doing things right with Google.
Doing a search on “kicks” on my site yields 20 hits via Blogger search and 57 using Technorati. Not sure why there’s a big discrepancy.
