Even after his NFL playing days, Emmitt Smith continues to bring home championships. Emmitt and dance partner Cheryl Burke won this year’s Dancing with the Stars, beating out the extremely tough competition of Mario Lopez and Karina Smirnoff.
NFL’s all-time leading rusher, 4-time season rushing leader, MVP, Super Bowl MVP, 8-time ProBowler, 3 Super Bowl championships, and now champion of Dancing with the Stars. Cheryl Burke is a repeat Dancing champion winning last year’s competition and this year, being called the Most Valuable Partner by judge Len Goodman.
How did Emmitt pull off the victory? Just look at that smile and twinkle in his eyes. He’s got it, the judges recognize it, and the fans felt it. Mario is cool and sexy, but this just aggravates the haters. Too much good looks, good moves, and Eva Longoria cheering for him brings out the haters en masse. These are the ones who say Mario will win, but don’t vote for him, or instead vote for Emmitt.
