The iTunes University, or iTunes U, is a special iTunes site where universities can host their own content such as lectures, interviews, and school sporting events. Students and faculty can access the content using the standard iTunes software and tote around this material on iPods.
What schools have partnered with Apple on this initiative? Early adopters include UC Berkeley, Stanford, and the University of Hawaii. Yep, UH has extended its Manoa campus to iTunes U. UH username and password required for access though.
