Love him or hate him, Kobe Bryant is still clutch. I was watching a Team USA intersquad game where Kobe nailed the game winning jumper with 8 seconds left in the game.
Kobe’s blue squad was down by 10 points with minutes to play but a spurt by Kevin Durant brought the team within 5. After some back and forth exchanges, Kobe nailed the game winning jumper over Tayshaun Prince. LeBron had 6 seconds left to win it, but Kobe he ain’t. LeBron drove the lane and tried to draw contact but didn’t get the call and missed the runner. Game over. Kobe is clutch.
