I thought Roderick Flemings’ gold TS Commander LT Adidas was going to be his kicks of choice for the season. But no, Rod has a surprise in store.
Flemings said he is waiting for his own “special order” to come in. “These shoes were just, uh, temporary,” Flemings said. “I got ‘em over the summer (as a counselor at the adidas camp in Dallas). But you gotta wait to see the ones I’m going to wear this season.”
Can’t wait to see what Rod’s really gonna rock.
Some notes from the Bows first game. No names on the backs of jerseys. Interesting. Jeremy Lay looks like the second coming of Troy Bowe. Dwain Williams is a twig. Barring serious injuries, Hawaii can’t finish last in the WAC. Petras Balocka got to stop with those weak low post toss up shots. Rod was golden with 23 and 12 though against overmatched opponents. Hawaii’s missing that mid range game Bill Amis would have provided.
