With the current phones available your Nokia pick is the best bet at the moment. I know you said you’re on your “final straw”, but there are supposed to be at least 5 to 6 new phones coming out before the end of the year including PTT (Push-To-Talk) if you want that particular feature. The three most reliable brands to get for regular phones are, in general, Nokia, Motorola & Sony-Ericsson (although the latter is not too user-friendly). Smartphones, while kewl in concept, have unfortunately been a real pain to support due to many issues and the ones you mention. Good luck buddy in finding your next phone. =)
