					<description><![CDATA[I totally agree, but what sucks is that the leaders do not get paid the most money in the company.  Or they do not get proper credit after kick-starting something and right when the idea is beginning to take off, another person comes in and takes ocer.  After a while the leaders get a little pissed off that Mr. Manager/Mr. Boss is getting big bucks off of your blood, sweat and ideas.]]></description>
