If they mean that feelings will get hurt, then so be it. I guess that means every review blog out there is ‘unprofessional.’

The problem with the organization we work for is that nobody is allowed to critique… and services aren’t developed with the customer in mind, or if they are, I’m just wondering how the requirements were gathered. I think blogs keep people on their toes and open a dialogue, whether critical or not, about how to continuously improve. 🙂
