They know that most people probably won&#039;t bring the tins back or forget to bring them back so that means the customer is ultimately paying for the tin and giving the restaurant more profit.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Or...it could be a means to keep the prices of their pies down by making the customer pay for the tin.]]></description>

Didn&#039;t realize that there was a deposit though.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;My assumption is that it&#039;s a recycling kind of thing.  Maybe helping to save the earth? =)]]></description>
