I went with a LowePro CompuDayPack and am very pleased. 6-slot padded base compartment (adjustable) holds lenses &#038; cables and lensbrush and the like very well - including, juuuuust barely, my Canon ES 70-300mm IS USM. The 50mm prime fits with its lens hood on, but I have to remove the lens hood for the 70-300. 
 
Comfortable padded straps, easily adjustable, fairly spacious &#034;other&#034; compartment up top. ]]></description>
