So I recently learned about viral induced arthritis or viral arthritis which is swelling of the joints when you have a viral infection. In the specific case where a virus causes diarrhea (non-explosive) then triggers arthritis in your ankles, I term this “assritis.”

It’s starting to get hot, real hot while playing pickleball during the daylight hours. Morning or afternoon, there’s heat, humidity, and the sun rays to contend with, all while trying to hit a 3-in colorful ball drilled with holes.

So I’m going to try this – Grillo’s Pickles Hydration Multiplier from LiquidIV. I have no clue or idea how this is but was lucky enough to buy some of this limited edition flavor. Will the “savory fusion of vinegar, cucumber, dill, and a touch of sweetness” make me pucker on the court? Can’t wait to see if this pickle drink will keep me hydrated as I pickle.

Visually from across the net, you couldn’t really spot the differences, but side by side, you’ll notice what doesn’t match up with an authentic Selkirk Boomstik.

Not exactly sure when this happened, but apparently Target no longer ships Pokemon cards to Hawaii. If you check the product description like this one, you’ll see this blurb in the Shipping & Returns section.

I vaguely recall several years ago that this shipping embargo happened as well, at least for sports cards. Not sure how long that lasted but eventually Target did start shipping cards to Hawaii again. Hopefully, this is temporary or does Target want to drive more in-store foot traffic?

Either way, boo, Target, boooooo!

It’s just the mechanics of my shot are bad. I’ve tried similar shots with three different paddles with varying stiffness and dwell time. Each shot was short into the net. So it’s not the paddle’s dwell time that was affecting my shot. My shots were causing the bad shots lol.

While the McDonald’s Grinch Meal promotion is longer over, this came my way. It’s the popular Grinch socks but they’re in a green bag instead of the typical red bag found in the meals.

Inside the bag are a pair of mismatched socks, one yellow and one blue. I know there are four colors of the socks but believed each color came color matched. But this green bag seems to contain odd color socks – not sure why or when they were available.

Kinda fun although now I have three yellow socks, and I don’t think these socks would last one pickleball outing.

Wait a second… this green bag is not from the US. On the back of the bag, it says “Made for McDonalds UK and ROI” with the size of 39-44.
