        <p>To close things out, my <a href="https://www.pulpconnection.net/2026/07/net-woes/">Net Woes</a> have turned into Net Wins! Yeah, so my SwiftNet pull cord started slipping one day, and I contacted the company for support. On the next day, Rich, the customer care manager, reached out for more details and asked for pictures of certain parts.</p><p>After a few email exchanges (some even during the night), Rich diagnosed the problem and sent out spare parts to fix my current issue and also another post cap assembly if this problem were to happen on the other post. </p><p>I received all the parts (for free), made the replacements, and within a week, my SwiftNet was back in action! And I have spare parts in waiting.</p><p>Rich&#8217;s customer support was outstanding and very quick. His questions and analysis were on point, leading us to the correct resolution the first time. This pickleball net is already great, and the customer service further cements that reputation!</p>    </div>
