A smaller capacity, 1GB iPod Nano was released today. The iPod Shuffles are still around, and their prices dropped to $69 for 512MB and $99 for 1 GB. The 1GB Nano costs $149.
Doing a quick search for pickleball courts on Oahu, I came across the resources of the Oahu Pickleball Association. Although generated a few years back, their compilation of outdoor, public pickleball courts on the island is probably mostly accurate. The list is also available in a Google Maps format so you can visually see the […]
While still early in learning the game, I’m fortunate to have a variety of paddles to play with. I noticed something the other day while using a CRBN 1X – my arm felt dead towards the end of the session.Early on, the CRBN 1X was fun to play with. Hitting drives felt effortless and the […]
There’s already tons of online content related to pickleball on YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, so I definitely won’t be competing in that space. But I’ll probably annotate stuff I learn about the game and especially the paddles.

Any word if Apple is going to release any new iPods soon? Wouldn’t want to buy a 60GB one and then two months later a new and better one comes out.
Gee Why

That’s just part of living with Apple products. You just never know when the latest and greatest is going to be released.
Usually (with the iMac G5 being the exception), products are out for one year before a replacement comes out. A “bumped” version could come out before one year but only specs/capacity would change, not feature sets. This 1GB Nano features the same things as the other Nanos, no new features, just smaller capacity.
Rumors about a wireless iPod have always been around. Stream music wirelessly, transfer/sync music wirelessly, etc…

You can get the 512mb shuffle from amazon.com for $66 with free shipping. Not much cheaper than apple.com but you could buy a small coffee from starbucks with the savings….or three minutes at Club 939….

You can’t go slower than $1/minute over there! That’s why business isn’t booming! They just take your money too quickly! I mean so I’ve heard….
