I’m not much of a traveler, but there are pulpy readers who are, and one of them sent me pics of this potty. I’ve been told these “self cleaning” toilets have been around for some time, but I’ve never experienced their cleanliness.

When you want it to rain inside your home, the Hansgrohe Raindance Showerpipe is what you need. Twerking and dancing while in the shower is optional however.
After looking at home improvement stuff on Amazon, its mighty match feature suggested I check out toilets including those by Toto. Wow, scary. I, in fact, did take a look at Toto toilets at Hawaii Home Expo. Sometimes, Amazon’s recommendations are right on the money. Other times, not so much.
I’ve seen toilets like this; I think it was at the Monterey, CA airport. I don’t recall having any problems with it. The nice thing about it compared to the more typical setup where you have the separate paper cover that you place on the seat yourself is that you don’t have to worry about it falling into the bowl before you have a chance to sit down.

But then you miss out on all the fun of ensuring the paper cover doesn’t fall in and the autoflush sucking it down prematurely.
