While it’s still some time before the Target in Kailua opens for business, its well known red logo is installed and is very visible. Never mind that there’s no sidewalk or parking lot currently.
Not exactly sure when this happened, but apparently Target no longer ships Pokemon cards to Hawaii. If you check the product description like this one, you’ll see this blurb in the Shipping & Returns section.
