I have a confession to make. All these years, I never learned how to ride a bike. Just never did, and it wasn’t a problem.
But while in FAT living with a family of bicyclers, it became a problem. So I got on and started ridin’ dirty. Just watch (and feel free to laugh, I don’t mind)…

I thought Little Einsteins was the thing with kids. How wrong I am. That was so yesterday. The latest rage is Nick Jr.’s Wonder Pets featuring Linny, Ming-Ming, and Tuck. Together, this guinea pig, duckling, and turtle travel the world saving animals in trouble.
How do these little critters help the likes of an elephant, dolphin, or pangaroo? With teamwork of course! What’s going to work? Teamwork!
Catch The Wonder Pets on Nick Jr which I believe is the Nickelodeon channel (32) on Oceanic Time Warner Cable in Hawaii.

Everyone needs a boost of energy now and then, and there’s a whole market of energy drinks to choose from. But there’s none sexier than the Playboy Energy Drink. That’s right, Playboy has gotten into the beverage market with their drink featuring “horny goat weed.”
The drink is in limited distribution in the Miami, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles areas starting this month.

Look at some new sweets currently available, Reese’s Whipps and Snickers Charged.
The Whipps feature “light and fluffy peanut butter flavored nougat.”
But the limited Snickers Charged is interesting, containing stimulating caffeine, taurine, and B-vitamins.
Now this is some serious sweets!
I like the new Club 939 ads in the local Honolulu Advertiser and think they’re amusing. A series of ads is forthcoming, all patterned after personals describing likes and dislikes.
Here’s the first ad featuring Crystall who is a Libra and loves to laugh.
She also likes white iced mochas with whip cream. So of course, she’ll dislike a skinny mocha. You know what she probably dislikes? Being ripped off by Pepsi Points. You know what else? I’m not quite sure, but for some reason, I think Crystall likes iPhones. Hey, me too!
After going in circles and making this harder than it is in Excel, I’ve learned that the month of March is my most bloggiest month*. I started this blog in May 2005 so I only have complete annual stats for 2006 and 2007.

Have to go back and look at the archives for March 2006 and 2007 to see what’s up. Was it the March Madness basketball kicks analyses? Yup. Also the LOST episode filmed at Club 939 aired in March 2007 (screen captures with comments here). And Dancing with the Star was starting up.

At times, with the kids and their toys making noise, I’ll turn on the TV and make it mute to see the closed caption text so I can read what’s being shown. I was watching ESPN when I saw something about Shaquille O’Neal and marijuana. I was like whoa! The Big Aristotle busted for doing the big doobie?
Well, no. Turns out ESPN was covering the trade of Shaq and the Suns’ Shawn Marion but the closed caption text read “marijuana” instead of “marion.” Ha!

Just a few more examples of the heat generated by ads for clothing retailer Abercrombie & Fitch.
And some suggestive textual heat.
While taking a glance at traffic here, I noticed a lot of hits coming in related to “Abercrombie & Fitch.” Oh, here’s why… there’s some ruckus going on about the risque nature of A&F photos featuring scantily clad models. In Virginia, an Abercrombie store was ordered to take down some pictures that showed:
three shirtless young men, with one man’s upper buttocks showing. The other image was of a woman whose breast was mostly exposed.
What say you? Too hot for the public?
