The Simpsons Mock Apple
Apple has definitely made it big! In The Simpsons, the Springfield Mall gets a “Mapple” store which looks vaguely familiar, stocked with myPods, myPhones, and myCubes. And good ole Bart hijacks the digital likeness of his Steveness and delivers some sacrilegious comments.

What You Learn from the Radio: Moose Knuckle
The things you learn from listening to the radio, or more specifically, the I-94 Wake Up Crew. Today’s lesson was about “moose knuckle.” I had never heard that term before, but in context of the discussion, I kinda had an idea of what they were talking about.

Breaking up Bill and Jerry
Is it really over already? Many sites are saying that the Microsoft ads featuring Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld have been cancelled.
Not understanding the point of these commercials is the widely accepted reason for the cancellation. I was confused by the first ad at the shoe store. The second one was fun but still aimless.
I did like Bill’s dancing moves though. I was hoping to see him do the Sprinkler move in future commercials. I guess not…

Quirky, Geeky Fun of Windows Ads
A new Microsoft Windows television ad featuring Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates is now showing. Seinfeld provides the quirkiness and Gates pokes fun at his geekiness for a somewhat entertaining commercial. Though like the Seinfeld television series, the commercial seems to be about nothing, but does pave the way for more quirky, geeky Windows ads.

What’s a Dirty DVD?
Just having fun with family members after a botched gift. My sister-in-law created a homemade DVD for her husband but had problems playing the DVD+RW burned disc in a home DVD player. She called me for tech support saying that the DVD player kept showing the message “disc is dirty.”
At that point, I politely said that I didn’t want to get involved in adult affairs between her and her husband captured on her “dirty” DVD.
Get it?
Learning to Ride (Dirty)
I have a confession to make. All these years, I never learned how to ride a bike. Just never did, and it wasn’t a problem.
But while in FAT living with a family of bicyclers, it became a problem. So I got on and started ridin’ dirty. Just watch (and feel free to laugh, I don’t mind)…

Will Ferrell is a Baller
Crazy Will Ferrell’s new movie Semi-Pro debuts today in theaters nationwide. His movie about a semi-professional basketball team vying to join the NBA might make it big this extra day of February. Beyond Will’s comedic skills, who knew he was a baller?
Check out Will take on retro-ed Bill Walton in a game of HORSE.
Of course, Will’s Semi-Pro character, Jackie Moon, is a baller and a player. See some promo pics of Jackie hand-checking Heidi Klum.
And did you see Semi-Pro’s age restricted trailer? No, not this one that should be, showing too much of Ferrell’s “tropics.”
