Adam Lambert for the Twilight Saga Soundtrack!

Even though Adam Lambert was denied the title of American Idol, I think he’d make a perfect fit on one of the soundtracks of the Twilight saga! The singer is definitely Team Edward and can even be a vamp stand in if needed.

Adam’s rendition of Mad World is his Twilight audition.

Mad World has had an interesting past. I didn’t know Tears for Fears originally wrote and performed the song. It’s definitely changed (for the better I think). Take a listen.

I first encountered this song in 2006 from the Gears of War game commercial. After some research, I found the song was redone for the Donnie Darko soundtrack.

And now Adam imparts his personality on this haunting song.
