Downpour on the Windward Side
The Windward side did not escape Friday’s downpour. Rain and more rain for much of the morning then the sun came out in the late afternoon. But what a morning! Huge puddles and potholes in Kailua town and water raging into storm drains.
While the Tabasco Man had a new pool in his yard, I had a river on the side of our house.
Even had a small mudslide closing one lane on Kalanianaole Hwy.
The rain does sound peaceful though.
