The Pessimist’s View of Windward Mall
Even with all the improvements, facelifts, and store openings at Windward Mall, there’s always that pessimist’s view of the venerable mall. What am I talking about? See for yourself.

Formerly Foot Locker.
And it looks like the Lady Foot Locker is going.
But don’t worry, business at  Zakka Avenue is kicking.
And of course, this curiosity of the mall, Scrambled, which sells mixed up cereal.
I’m not so sure the mall denizens are ready for Scrambled’s post modern treats…

actually, i heard of this place called Cereal Remix opening in Aiea. I saw some info on their website http://www.cerealremix.com and i think it's awesome! You can mix all kinds of cereal and add your own toppings… I love cereal!

Remembered seeing a similar concept on the Food Network too. Sounds intriguing but just don't know. Could be the next food trend like blazin' steaks and froyo? Price has to be right.

hehe, it's like $7 for a large froyo with toppings… i would pay the same for a custom bowl of cereal, especially for the convenience =)

yeah, but isn't the cost of a box of cereal around $5? The customization and convenience would have to be killers. 😉
