Trenta Up!
So I didn’t realize that Starbucks still sold the super-sized Trenta drinks here in Hawaii. Â Not only that, but it seems that Starbucks is making this temporary offering a permanent menu item nationwide. Â And since we’re talking about the Trenta, I had to go out and get one.
Illy Is Back at Costco
Look what’s back at Costco, canned Illy coffee! It’s not the “Do Not Shake” Cappuccino but rather, the new issimo Mochaccino. Â And you’re allowed to shake the Mochaccinos gently.
And of course, since it’s at Costco, expect to buy in bulk.

The view from the Topa Towers is a nice one for Hipsters. For me, this was taken looking out from Oceanic Time Warner’s Downtown offices where a group of social media-ists met to brainstorm OcHui.

Hawaii Honorary Consuls Have Nice Rides
I don’t know what an Honorary Consul in Hawaii does, but that title brings with it a custom vehicle license plate and a nice ride! You don’t see very many BMW X6 SUVs on the road, so its silhouette caught my eye. I’m sure they’re not issued to the Honorary Consul, but it still is a nice ride.

Farewell HealthPass
I had heard about the closing or transformation of the HMSA HealthPass program, but it really hit home when I passed by the now-closed Aiea location.
Years of getting my fat measured, glucose analyzed, cholesterol calculated, and overall health assessed, gone just like that. Too bad since I was an annual user of this service. On the other hand, since I never did subscribe to any of their other premium services, I can understand how the business end wasn’t viable.

Sometimes I do wonder how pictures are selected for Hipster’s Popular List. Â What is their algorithm?
In any case, I was a little surprised with this selection. Â A recent Windward sunrise showcased a pink sky but sadly, utility lines marred the view. Â Still though, Hipsters loved it.
