Been working on another blog on the side (no, I don’t have too much free time), and it’s time to launch Easier Said Than Done. This blog looks at our work environment and focuses on improving it for the goal of making work awesome.

Not crazy when you want to find ways of making things better. If you follow the ground-rules then things should be okay.
Dangerous is standing pat thinking status quo is the way to go while competition gets better and jobs and projects are lost.
