Apple Store at Kahala Almost Ready
The opening of the second Apple Store in Hawaii is coming up “in the next few weeks” according to this Honolulu Advertiser article. The work at the new Kahala Mall location is wrapping up with deliveries inbound so it’s a matter of time. Apple is hiring if you’re interested.
Should I wait in line like I did for the opening of the first Apple Store at Ala Moana? Not sure. Scored a free Apple t-shirt but that was a long wait and without a little one…

So, did you go down? I was there for Ala Moana in 2003, so I couldn’t resist going down for Kahala. Sure, all Apple Store openings are a party, but not many on this Earth are blessed with a Hawaiian chant and hula!

ryan, thought about going but never made it to Kahala. Housework and much needed cleaning was in order.
Was at the Ala Moana opening. I’ll wait for the opening of an Apple Store on the Windward side. 😉
