Foodie blog, Wok In Time, has fantabulous pictures of great food. Sadly, my submissions didn’t meet Wok In Time’s quality standards, so instead, I share them here.

Seriously folks, how can this gem not be in your music collection? Everyone needs the Best of Arnold Schwarzenegger in their lives, and we’re talking Volume 2, not Volume 1.
This is a diverse and eclectic collection. You can romance to it with Wifeing, the Theme Of Love Conan The Barbarian and the Love Theme from Terminator. The holidays are represented in Christmas In Conneticut. When you need to engage your mind to solve a problem, queue up The Riddle Of Steel from Conan The Barbarian. Kids will have a kick with Kindergarten Cop Medley. And when you just want to let it out, go with the theme from Commando, Red Sonja, Red Heat, Predator, Total Recall, and Terminator II.
How much would a collection of this caliber cost you? $40? $30 for 20 tracks? No!! Only $2.39!!!! And if you buy now, you qualify for 20 GB of space on Amazon’s new Cloud Drive where this invaluable purchase will be stored for anytime, any place play back. This is winning! Do you see a double rainbow? Is your mind blown? This is epic.
So from two leading book stores, tell me which is more enchanting with Enchantment?
This first picture is from Borders. While I love Borders in Hawaii, the chain has hit a rough spell and is closing even more Hawaii stores including the first Borders location in Waikele. Besides unexplainable restroom issues, check out this anomaly. I’m holding a copy of Enchantment found in Borders, and I’m also looking up the book using the in-store computer system. See where it says “Not in store”? I don’t get it since I’m holding a copy of the book found in the store.

This picture is from Barnes & Noble. Lots of copies for those seeking Enchantment.

Read this article titled Starbucks Card Mobile Is a Hit: 3 Million People Pay Via Phone App, and first thing I thought was, “Really?”
It’s that popular? I can’t believe this is the “fastest way for customers to pay.” Seems like I can pay faster by pulling my Starbucks Rewards Card out of my wallet.
To pay using the Starbucks Mobile app, I have to unlock my phone, fire up the app, unlock the app, click on the Touch to Pay button, then have the cashier scan my phone. I don’t know about you but sure seems like a lot of steps.
Great news! Minnie Mouse has been rescued from her fall at Ala Moana. I suspect Prep & Landing’s Lanny and Wayne were called in during the Christmas off-season to perform the rescue.
Hope you made it to Jaden’s party alright. You did “mak a right,” right?
I see it now, the next great mobile app will be a spell checker. Using Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, you’ll be able to use your camera phone to look at any text. Then you’ll see the augmented display with the infamous Microsoft red squiggly line under misspelled words. It’d mak a fortune right?
For some reason, as I was reading the article 10 Ways to Think Different – Inside Apple’s Cult-Like Culture, I kept thinking that I needed to check out Microsoft’s new Dynamic CRM online service.
I don’t know why, and it wasn’t anything forced, it just fit, you know?
…are pictures of the Rainbow Dancers?
That’s what happens when you let the leader of Hawaii’s hottest gentlemen’s club wield your camera during Hawaii’s second round CIT game against San Francisco. Thanks to ESPN radio, we had choice seats in the fifth row where we watched the Bows’ lead vanish in the last minute of play. It was crushing. The Bows were playing tough in their Adidas “Supermoons,” seemingly going to the next round of the CollegeInsider.com Tournament. Then like that, victory was gone.
Missed free throws, a flagrant foul, a shooting foul on a three, an errant pass, and the deal was sealed. Overall, the Bows had an excellent year after so many unknowns to start the season: injuries, mid-season departures, then more injuries. Going to the Big Dance would have been nice, but for a team picked last in the conference, playing in any post season tournament is an accomplishment. Congratulations to the Rainbows for a great season and can’t wait until the Bows hit the court next year. Until then, a few images from the Rainbows last game.
