I’m currently working with the excellent customer service team of SwiftNet to figure out what’s wrong with my SwiftNet. After putting up the net and pulling the cords tight, the cord on one side slowly slides loose. The cords aren’t frayed or anything, but it looks like the internal locking mechanism isn’t grabbing/holding on.

Hoping to hear about a fix soon.
