Okay, I like my coffee, but maybe too much isn’t good for you. This site calculates how many of your favorite caffeinated drinks it would take to overdose you. True? Don’t know, but as a precaution, I should stay away from 160 servings of Starbucks grande Mocha!!
Be sure to look at the site’s Caffeine Database that shows that a regular cup of coffee has way more caffeine than a latte drink.
Went to Ala Moana yesterday and saw some of the changes Wayne’s World talked about. The renovations are looking good. The 4th floor dining section, Ho’okipa Terrace, is done, but all the new restaurants aren’t. Only Romano’s Macaroni Grill is close to opening (November 7 in fact).
Wanted to go to the Borders Express bookstore but found out they closed! Price Busters took its place but also discovered that Barnes & Noble is now open on the Street Level near the Satellite City Hall. This B&N could be bigger than the one at Kahala Mall. It’s new so everything is nice. Lots of books and their bakery has Starbucks and serves desserts from Cheesecake Factory.
If you get a chance, check out Ala Moana during the holiday season when more of the renovations are done. Should be very nice!
Coca-Cola is getting rid of Vanilla Coke, Vanilla Diet Coke, and Diet Coke with Lemon at the end of 2005. In its place, Coke will introduce Black Cherry Vanilla and Diet Black Cherry Vanilla. Diet Coke with Lime has pretty much overshadowed Diet Coke with Lemon anyways.
I got used to drinking diet sodas with the introduction of Diet Coke with Lemon in 2001.
How about Goji Berry Coke and Diet Goji Berry Coke?
Nike ID, where you can customize your own Nike gear, is now offering iPod carrying cases for the older Mini or the regular iPods. Select the colors of the case, the side panels, the stitching, and of course, the Nike swoosh. Cost of your own design is a steep $35, but hey it’s your design.

Was a very busy week at work. Seems like something kept popping up everyday. Made time go by faster but also made me think a little. To me, it seems like the work I got involved in was due to the workers around here. Yeah, everyone comes to work to work, but I don’t know if some of them are really productive if you know what I mean. It seems like my recent work I’ve been doing is cause of the productivity of some of the workers around here. 🙁
‘K, I’m not a fan, but I think I know what could be the killer kontent for Apple’s new video iPod – Korean soap operas! Yes, the wildly popular shows are gaining ground in Hawaii at least. Why not make them available for purchase via iTunes?
Although Apple won’t be marketing content to the South Korean market, nothing is stopping them from marketing South Korean content to American fans. People are already krazy for their K-dramas and having downloadable shows would be hot like kim chee!
