Free Glee!
Almost, but not quite here yet, but Glee is offering Lea Michele singing On My Own for free on iTunes. I say almost since the current link is still charging for the song.
By Tuesday, the song should be free with glee.

August 17 is here and that means the Season 9 cast of Dancing with the Stars is restocked, reloaded, and ready to rumba. Who’s going up against Carrie Ann, Bruno, Len, and the whims of the public?
My random pick to succeed is Mya who might still have a following and some dancing skills.
So the secret to Gwen Stefani’s killer abs is to work them constantly like she did during Hawaii’s No Doubt concert.

First pictures, now video from the Black Eyed Peas concert at Bayfest. Fergie singing the chorus of Big Girls Don’t Cry has hypermobility in her elbows.
After reading several rave reviews about Mad Men, I started watching the series (okay just one episode so far). Not knowing anything about the show, I was surprised to a see a familiar face in the form of Connor from Angel. Vincent Kartheiser plays wannabe Mad Men Pete Campbell who needs to work on containing his id.
With season 3 starting up, I have a lot of catching up to do! Get to work Tivo!
Wow, more great shots from @oriata! First, she got some snaps at the No Doubt concert, and now she powershot-ed the Black Eyed Peas at the packed Bayfest.
Here’s Fergie.
And what’s with those “finger gloves?”
In November, an international group of entrepreneurs and investors will convene in Hawaii in order to rethink tech, business, and sustainability. Dubbed (RE)THINK HAWAII, this cross section of skills and interests will feature “panels, lunches, excursions, dinners, cocktails and aloha style exchange of ideas and relationship building in Hawaii.”
And yes, while an international gathering, the event organizers include Hawaii’s very own Neenz, Melanie, Bruce, and Yaling. Read about all the organizers involved.
Attendance to this event is limited to 200 participants, and you must be invited to attend. If you’re interested and can contribute to this nexus, you can request an invitation.
Details are still forthcoming, so follow rethinkhawaii on Twitter to keep up with the latest RE(THINK) HAWAII news.
Here are my favorite No Doubt songs (sorry, Gwen’s solo stuff doesn’t count), and to help me present these favorites are Ms. Stefani’s six pack abs.
