Remember this collection of the best Holiday music ever? Assembled in 2004.

This collection is the perfect gift for accountants, engineers, business people, lawyers, consultants, graphic designers, librarians, environmentalists, pharmacists, and even supporters of George W. Bush.
The People have spoken.
Remember LaToya London, the American Idol contestant that got booted before Jasmine Trias? Very talented but didn’t really hit it off with the voters. Anyways, her single Scandalous is the iTunes Single of the Week.
During this week, you can get the song for FREE. Not a bad song for free.
The last Listmania: What Songs Should Be Bumpin’ at Club 939? is now over. Thanks to everyone who participated.
The full topic thread is still available, and for a limited time, you can purchase songs from the playlist . Check out the

For this edition of Listmania, what songs should be playing at Club 939? You know, what songs would get [insert the name of a single male with lots of cash, like Shaun or Wayne] in the mood to give up that hard-earned cash?
I’ll start off with a few (iTunes needed to listen):
Why’d I choose these songs? Read about it in the comments.
What songs do you think should be bumpin’ at Club 939? Talk about them in the comments, and I’ll add to the list.
Almost missed this one. Local girl and American Idol, Camile Velasco, released her new single Hangin On on the iTunes Music Store.
At 99-cents (a fourth of the cost of a iced grande, non-fat caramel macchiato at Starbucks, $4.01 in Hawaii), buying this song ain’t no wallet-buster. Support the local talent and give it a listen!

A reprise with added comments.

Even though I got my free iPod Shuffle a few weeks ago, I never had a chance to try it out. Its little green box has been sitting on my desk, so when I forgot my big iPod in the Sienna, I figured it’s time for the Shuffle. I unpacked it, connected it to my PowerBook, and sync-ed up some music. After four hours of charging the battery, the Shuffle was ready for a lunchtime stroll around historic Palm Circle.
The sound from this thing is amazing! I assumed a small, cheap item meant small, cheap sound quality. Nope, high notes, low notes, all good to my untrained ear.
This music player is so elegant and so effective that I have to rethink my iPod use. The Shuffle is great, actually it’s insanely great!
Picked up some new music this weekend.
