Just like my first interaction with Asurion under the Home Depot Protection Plan, the service company does not have my proof of purchase for my Samsung refrigerator on file. No matter we ran through this in 2019. That’s the time I went to their web site, downloaded my invoice, then resent that same info/file.
This time I scanned in my Home Depot customer invoice and submitted that. Let’s see if this will be insufficient like the first time.
Why do they keep forgetting/losing my invoice?
