Since I’ve been on a Britney kick for the last week, I might as well finish it up with a picture of the album art for the upcoming Blackout.

Dressing up as Britney Spears for Halloween ain’t that hard after all. Just need an mis-fitting red dress, some huge sunglasses, and of course, no undergarments whatsoever.
Not even some pulpy underpants! Don’t forget a pack of Malboros.

Top Chefs Reunited
The contestants from Top Chef Season Three came back for a hana hou in a reunion episode. There was some behind-the-scenes talk like the chefs waiting in the “stew room” on average of six hours while the judges made their decisions. The video montages were pretty good, and Sara N had another opportunity to show off her top chefs.
Casey was voted the Fan Favorite and received $10,000, beating out my choices of CJ and Dale.

Celebrate Halloween with Britney’s Blackout
I’m not implying that CocoBean’s Halloween costume is of her idol, Britney Spears, or anything, but Britney’s latest work, Blackout, is releasing two weeks earlier on October 30. Originally scheduled for a mid-November release, online leaks of Blackout is pushing its release date up so you can be scaring trick or treaters with some Blackout.

Out of Control Passions and Addictions
My passion for music and addiction to coffee and caffeine is in overdrive. Since iTunes and Starbucks started their Song of the Day promotion, I don’t think I’ve missed one song.
Nope, I haven’t gone to Starbucks every day, but when I do go, most stores usually have a back stock of music cards so you can catch up with songs you missed. Although a barrista did say that the promotion is getting more popular so you may not be able to get previously released songs.
Heelys for Adults
You know them Heelys, those shoes with built-in wheels that Kazuo’s kids race around in? I saw something new, an adult wearing Heelys and rolling around.
I gotta say it looked odd. And I don’t know the weight limit of the Heelys, but he couldn’t roll very far. So if you’re an adult and want to get Heelys, please don’t.
An Emotional Dancing with the Stars
The third week of Dancing with the Stars was set to be an emotional event with the recent passing of Jane Seymour’s mother, and Jane didn’t disappoint with a great tango. Unfortunately Wayne Newton (and Cheryl Burke) was eliminated with a not-so-emotional performance.
Other highlights from Week 3. Sabrina Bryan continues to impress with her precise and powerful dancing. Youth is so unfair! Cameron Mathison is showing some strides. The clock is ticking for Mark Cuban. Even though he wasn’t in the bottom two, like his Mavs, he’s soon to be out. Jennie Garth had the comeback of the week after falling in her last performance. Instead of letting her fall shake her confidence, she fought back for redemption. Bouncy Mel B and a shirtless Maksim Chmerkovskiy was almost perfect. Helio Castroneves and Julianne Hough are still the couple to beat out of the male stars. Marrie Osmond’s fan support continues to dumbfound me. Even though I think her fanbase might be lacking, she has the ability to connect with the audience. Floyd Mayweather still dances like a boxer though his jive opening with his jump rope was cool.
Is Drew Lachey’s cohost gig up? I must have missed the announcement but it sounded like it. Too bad, he was just coming into his own as a host with his interview antics.
After three weeks of competition, two guy dancers are out.

The legendary BMW M3 series will be getting an extra pair of doors when it releases a sedan model in 2008. I don’t know the cost, and there are too much specs to talk about, but just look at it!
The “ultimate driving machine” is also the ultimate holiday gift.
Honolulu Zoo and Playing Around with iLife ’08
Went to the Honolulu Zoo and got the obligatory pictures of sleepy and pooping animals. Also saw the construction of the new Safeway complex in Kapahulu. Looks gigantic!
Posted the pictures to my .Mac Web Gallery using iPhoto ’08.
Also got a short video clip of the feeding of the zoo’s Sumatran tiger. Shared this video using iMovie ’08 to both my .Mac Web Gallery and to YouTube. The .Mac Web Gallery version looks a lot better than the YouTube version. Still though, a nice convenience to export movies straight from iMovie to YouTube without any extra intermediary steps.

Holiday Gift Guide: Britney’s Blackout
Even though Coco Bean is holding out against buying Britney Spear’s hot club single Gimme More, she won’t be able to resist Britney’s Blackout album. Releasing on November 13, Blackout focuses on “blocking out negativity and embracing life fully,” a good theme for the upcoming hectic holidays.
Coco Bean is so going to get Blackout since you know she loves black things.
