Stories from the Lost Viewing Party at Club 939

I got some feedback about the Lost viewing party at Club 939, and it goes something like this…

The music was bangin’ with Deejay Betty mixing it up, and the club was buzzing as usual. Cream danced for our reporting crew at the table of the Greatest Legal Mind Ever. As she performed, our crew yelled “get on top!” at every creamy gyration. With concerns of the paparazzi taking scandalous pictures, the stars of Lost went incognito. In the house could have been Matthew Fux, Daniel Does Kim, and Dominic Moneyshot.

As the drinks flowed through the night and the pole climbing continued, our crew thought they spotted Evangeline Likee Lickee, Ho’s Love Garcia, and Josh Let’s Go All the Way. Of course, Mr. 939 was holding it down and signing autographs and re-enacting his role as Japanese Tourist #4.

A fun night for all!

Who Needs the Nike+iPod Sports Kit?

So who really needs the Nike+iPod Sports Kit when you got one of these bad boys?

Way simple. No wireless connection between a sensor and receiver needed. No syncing, no web site shenanigans.

step-4192So I took my step counter out for a run, and here are my results for three runs following the same course:

  • 4192
  • 4273
  • 4453

Yeah, 4000+ steps per run baby! What stats! How many calories did I burn? I don’t know. How long did I take? I don’t know. How far did I run? To Hamakua and back. What songs did I listen to? Whatever my faltering Shuffle was playing.

So I ask again, who really needs the Nike+iPod Sports Kit?

Lost at Club 939 on the Air

So I didn’t yet watch the entire episode, but it didn’t take long. Within the first few minutes of episode 14 “Exposé“, viewers got to see Nikki, played by Kiele Sanchez, doing her thing at Club 939, Hawaii’s Hottest Gentlemen’s Club. Mr. 939 himself was in the scene as Japanese tourist #4, but you could barely see him! Only had a profile or two visible in slow motion. 🙁

Lost Viewing Party at Club 939

Don’t forget that the Lost episode filmed at Club 939 is airing this Wednesday. To celebrate this event, Club 939 is having an unadvertised viewing party coming up later in the week. The entire cast and production crew of Lost is invited though there are no confirmations of who’s showing up.

If you want more details, contact me, or if he wants, Mr. 939 can spill the beans.

And oh yeah, the club will be in full effect during the viewing party with the dancers doing their thang, so it ain’t a PG-rated party.

Lost Episode at Club 939 Airing This Week

Just a quick reminder that this week’s Lost episode on Wednesday night features footage at Club 939. Keep an eye on the extras during these scenes since you’ll see some local talent. But especially look for “Japanese tourist #4” wearing a righteous tie and making us proud(?).

Lost Episode Featuring Club 939 Coming Up

Remember when Lost was filming at Club 939? That episode is scheduled to air on March 28 which makes it Episode 14, titled Exposé.

If you want a sneak peek of the filming done in Hawaii’s Hottest Gentlemen’s Club, then check out an ABC Lost trailer on YouTube. Watch closely at the 25-24 second countdown mark cause it goes quick.

The Transformers Movie Rated R??

I used to watch the Transformers on TV while growing up and heard about an upcoming movie. Looks like this movie was a little too hot to handle getting an initial rating of R by the MPAA. The Transformers rated R?? What’s with that?

Too much violence? Do transforming robots bleed?

Nudity or some type of robo-porn? Are there even female/opposite gender Transformers? Or is it same sex kind of robo-lust?

Nope, the R rating was for being too intense. Yes, intense which has been described as “…sheer intensity. It’s aneurysm-inducing.”

Executive Producer, Steven Spielberg, appealed the rating and got a tame PG-13 instead. But, he had to cut out that scene where Megatron shows off his megatron.
