When this foodie collab launches in early September, I’m going to have to load up on both the Coke-flavored Oreos and the Oreo-flavored Coke. Okay, okay, the colors are a little scary, but you have to admit that combining the flavor profiles of both are intriguing.

Hawaii Drivers License on Your iPhone

So it seems that Hawaii residents will soon have a way to add digital versions of their Hawaii Drivers License or State ID to their iPhone wallet. When needed, instead of busting out your physical ID, you can bust out your iPhone, unlock it, pull up your Apple Wallet, and then tap your phone to verify your identity, credentials, and age.

I just want to know if I can now buy alcohol at Target self checkout without having to wait for a clerk to verify my old age. While I’m waiting, I stare into the high quality cameras at checkout, holding my license next to my face, hoping, just hoping there’s a person on the other side of the camera who can approve my purchase. Even if the camera isn’t good enough to pick out my birthdate on my license, the camera definitely highlights my wrinkles and bags under my eyes as I get older.

Did the Pre-game for Super Bowl 58 Just Level Up?

I can’t tell if this is fact or fiction, but if true, the pre-game of the Chiefs and 49ers matchup just leveled up. NORAD will supposedly track Taylor Swift’s voyage from Japan to Las Vegas to make the kickoff of SB XLVIII.

Reyn Spooner on a Roll

I gotta admit that Reyn Spooner has been on a roll with their recent aloha shirt designs. Along with sytles featuring typical Hawaiian motifs, Reyn has essentially been doing collaborations with well known characters. Godzilla was the first to grab my attenion. Then came the recent rush featuring South Park, Ultraman, and then Rudolph during the holidays. Don’t forget about Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and Bob Marley mixed in.

But today, Reyn announced yet another must-have in the form of Sponge Bob. The Aloha from Bikini Bottom shirt is great. It only comes in a single color, but the characters complement the base shirt color so well (although I wouldn’t mind a pink-hued shirt inspired by Patrick).

I gotta find the shirt and also a fresh pair of kicks to match!

Can’t Wait for Taylor Swift to Buy an Airport

So Taylor flying from Japan after concluding concert dates to get to Las Vegas for Super Bowl 58 hit a snag. The airport is fully booked for landings during the Super Bowl timeframe. Now, it’s definitely not past Team Taylor if they indeed did an advanced booking. But the boss move would be to simply buy the airport (or an airport). LOL, okay, that’s not that simple, but I can see it…

But will Taylor be able to make it to Super Bowl LVIII with the Eras tour playing internationally? According to The Sporting News, the Eras tour is playing in Tokyo, Japan from Febrary 7-10 then moves to Australia for tour dates starting back on February 16. With the time zone difference and a private jet, will Taylor make it to watch the Kansas City Chiefs with Travis Kelce play in Las Vegas?

I can see the NFL Super Bowl pre-game showing updates on Taylor’s treck to Vegas, and all the Swifties will be tuned in…
