According to The Sporting News, the Eras tour is playing in Tokyo, Japan from Febrary 7-10 then moves to Australia for tour dates starting back on February 16. With the time zone difference and a private jet, will Taylor make it to watch the Kansas City Chiefs with Travis Kelce play in Las Vegas?

Apple Store Waikiki Closing
As reported by Ryan Ozawa, the Apple Store in Waikiki is scheduled to close in January of 2024. In the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center for 16 years, I did think it was an odd fit for Waikiki when it first opened, but yet, the store seemed to be doing just fine.
Maybe the crowds were really tourists looking for (free) technical support more than out-of-state buyers. Personally, the Waikiki location has been my third choice of Apple Stores behind Ala Moana and Kahala. But I must say the volcanic rock facade is one of the better designs I’ve come across while visiting other Apple Stores around the world.

I can’t tell what I’m getting more feels from – the series finale of Loki as the God of Stories fulfills his glorious purpose or Taylor Swift singing about Karma and the “guy on the Chiefs.”

Seasonal Aloha Shirts
Typically, I’m not one to buy (and wear) seasonal aloha shirts. Don’t get me wrong, I think there are some great ones over the years, but the wearability is short lived. I mean a Halloween-themed shirt is good for maybe the single month of October but not before or after.
But… I may have to make an exception seeing the latest from Reyn Spooner for the upcoming Christmas season.

Pulpconnection Got Squeezed
Welp, Pulpconnection broke. While I rarely blog anymore with social media and Discord sucking up my attention in old age, it’s still a bummer that a WordPress incompatibility wiped out my customized theme. I had been using Canvas from WooThemes (now WooCommerce), and this theme served me well, providing the flexibility and layout options I wanted.
But Canvas is seemingly no more as WordPress advanced versions and gutted their publishing engine. So I had to leave Canvas behind and am in search for a new blog theme.
Right now, I’m testing out Ultra from Themify after reading several positive reviews (and having a subscription to Themify). Lots of learning ahead…
