Does Coke Give Disney Free Soda?
You would think Coke gives Disney free soda and drinks with stock on hand, free for the taking.

Got around to upgrading Pulpconnection to the latest WordPress 3.0. Seriously easy. Prepping for the upgrade took longer than the actual upgrade.
Started by updating all my plug-ins (even the inactive ones). Then did a backup of my WordPress database files (I had a recent backup of my WordPress install file so I skipped that step).
Lastly, I used the automatic WP upgrade, and in a few seconds, it was done. WordPress 3.0 installed. So easy (thankfully).
Oh, and the Thesis theme is still rocking without any hiccups from the WP 3.0 upgrade. 🙂
After a time away, I find a bunch of updates to be done. Mac OS X 10.6.4, iTunes 9.2, Safari 5, iOS 4, Tweetie for the Mac 1.2.7, a ton of iApp updates, and WordPress 3.0 (along with plug-in updates).
The bunch o’Updates are still installing!
If not already in Urbandictionary.com, the phrase “release the Kraken!” from Clash of the Titans must be added. You shout this when someone poops in the pool and you need everyone to scatter and evacuate.
The new soccer ball of the 2010 World Cup was created by Adidas with some serious science, technology, and engineering. Called the “Jabulani,” this ball is supposedly the “roundest and most accurate ball ever played.”

Read this Popular Science article about the technology built into the Jabulani. And if you want to marvel and celebrate this technology yourself, you can own your own Jabulani.
Twilight’s Eclipse is soon, very soon, and there’s no better way to watch this movie than smelling like its namesake. What’s that scent of juicy berry, soft mimosa, apricot nectar, and warm woods? That’s you bathed in Bath and Body Works’ Twilight Woods!
While not an official Twilight product, you surely can’t deny the allusion to Stephenie Meyer’s creation. 😉
Lookee here son, you better be Backblazing all that data. Why risk all your digital work to a failed hard drive? Sure, you got an external drive that serves as a backup, but for the bestest backup, you gotta get save stuff offsite.
Don’t worry, Backblaze is there for you. Install the software, and you’re off! Backblaze automatically backs up your data in the background. But the best proof is to try it yourself.
During June aka Backup Awareness Month, you can test drive Backblaze and be eligible to win an iPad! Actually you and me could win iPads so you gotta Backblaze now. 🙂
While U2 is the official rockers of the FIFA World Cup, that doesn’t stop soccer fan and music band,Weezer, from releasing an “unofficial” theme song for the 2010 tournament.
“Represent” is for the U.S. team and is available for free for one week on iTunes starting on June 11, 2010.
Thanks to the Weezer-loving Jessica for the tip.
Ohh, Miley Cyrus had me fooled. Here I thought iWeb could embed videos that have embedding disabled, a video like Party in the USA. But while it looks like iWeb actually embeds the video, trying to play the video gives a message that embedding is indeed disallowed.
So am I. I’m In Search of Epic.
Also redirected from pulpconnection.com/epic thanks to the easy setup of the Thesis theme.
Had never noticed that Apple’s iWeb 09 has the ability to post updates to Facebook. Anytime you publish on iWeb, your (configured) Facebook account is supposed to notify your FB friends of these updates.
But does this feature actually work?
