Doing Some Maintenance
Don’t mind things around here for a bit. Doing some maintenance to see if I can address a problem that I was unaware of previously.

With Valentines Day coming up, Starbucks is promoting their corresponding hashtag, #StarbucksDate, on their Tumblr site. Check out the animated image that shows the return of the Raspberry Mocha.
Looks like Starbucks debuted their Raspberry Mocha back in 2007. Unfortunately for me, this drink did not meet my high expectation at the time. Will it be any better eight years later?
But going back to #StarbucksDate. On Friday, February 13, 2015 after 2pm, Starbucks is offering a variety of pairings for you and your loved one. Maybe the Raspberry Mocha will taste better with a Heart Cookie?
You gotta love Jimmy Fallon and the Tonight Show, especially after he revived the classic Saved by the Bell. For eight minutes, you can relive the high jinx at Bayside High with Zack and the crew.
Makes you want to wear your Kelly Kapowski shirt right about now.
Happened to wander by woot.com where I saw this deal for the Sennheiser 505982 MOMENTUM On-Ear Headphones. Only colors available are red or pink with a cost of $89.99. Normally these go for $250+ and even on Amazon, they’re listed at $115.
Overall, Amazon ratings are at 4.5 stars over 361 reviews, so they can’t be bad. There are some complaints about too much bass and a muddy middle. Reviews also vary wildly over the fit and comfort of these headphones, but the general consensus is that they are well made and very stylish.
Head on over to woot.com before this deal is sold out!
Kobe Bryant’s latest (and possibly last) signature Nike shoe, the KOBE X, launches on February 7, 2015.
While I haven’t been a fan of his recent signature line, I’m liking the simplicity of this design. The personalized elements are quietly integrated into the overall design like the material transparency signifying Kobe’s recent openness. But man, that outsole is definitely indoor only. Playing on the black top is going to chew up that high traction material. Anyways, check out this video about the concept of the Kobe X.
This post created using Desk.app that happens to be on sale right now in the Apple AppStore. The app has a very spartan look, almost too much where I don’t know what to do next. I guess it’s assumed that you start writing with Desk and just keep on going.

Adding a post title is kinda odd. It’s not the first line of the post but rather the menu bar of the window.
How do I add tags?
For me, buying shoes for the workplace isn’t as fun as buying kicks for everyday use. But it’s something that’s gotta be done. Luckily, Rockport shoes have been my staple for years. While I may experiment with other brands occasionally, I always come back to Rockport, specifically the Northfield Oxford. Black, dark brown, light brown, it doesn’t matter; they all belong in my work shoe rotation.
Usually, I get these from Macy’s on sale, but I haven’t seen them discounted for some time. And heck, Amazon is selling them at a good price so why not?
I must be addicted to coffee and stars from the Starbucks Rewards program. Otherwise, how can I explain my stats for this month?
That’s right, that’s 40 stars accumulated over the past 30 days, leading to 4 free drinks as well. Forget that Star Dash offering 15 bonus stars for 30 purchases. Using this member exclusive special was way more fruitful and efficient.
